Nina Bergström
Nina Bergström is the founder and CEO of Nina B. Koncept & Design. She has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles within interior design, product design, communication, brand development, and concept development from companies such as IKEA, Inter IKEA Systems, and Coop.
In recent years, she has developed a strong interest in garden design and ceramics, and has completed courses at Capellagården as well as several gardening courses.
“There are so many things that are made too complicated. I like it simple. I like to start with the big idea and scale it down to simplicity. To create both a creative, visual and strong environment where you want to stay a little longer. An environment that can last for long and that is easy to love, to shop in or to work in.
We always start with the customers’ business idea, their vision and then we follow a red thread from beginning to end. We want to be a good partner to our clients by staying with them for the whole process from creating the idea, to implementing it and finally educating their employees. A fantastic idea or a concept can be destroyed fast and it takes both time and money to build it up again.

Sofie Waldemar
Sofie is a trained Information Designer with over 10 years of experience in retail, with a background from companies such as IKEA and GRANIT. Since 2019, Sofie has worked as an interior designer at Nina B. Koncept och Design. Her focus is creating visualizations, drawings, and presentations that clearly communicate ideas and design concepts, helping the client better understand the final result.
Sofie also has a great interest in flowers and gardening and has recently trained as a florist. She sees this as a natural extension of her work as an interior designer, where she can apply her sense of color and form to floristry as well.
